Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of items.

Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD).

· Bank Transfer: Payment must be made to the account details provided at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

· Cash on Delivery: Payment must be made in cash (LKR) to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Exact change is appreciated.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is processed. This does not guarantee stock availability but confirms receipt of your order.
